A man who has returned from China and is raising his son and daughter makes a living selling noodles in Ginza, Tokyo. Oddly, he hides from another man who has also returned from China. The father, son and daughter live in an apartment next door to a cabaret waitress who is friendly towards them. The father is hit by a car in Ginza one day.
